    Day 1

    At the exit door of your cruise ship, your tour guide will pick you up at SUEZ PORT to have a 2-hour drive to the city of Cairo. You will see the most important sites in your overnight tour.

    On top of the bucket list of millions of people all over the world is surely the visit to the Great pyramid of Giza and Sphinx. We will bring your dream to reality. Your private Egyptologist guide will be happy to answer all your questions and explain all the history and the mystery of the pyramids. Listen to your guide talking about the Egyptian Pharaohs, gods, goddesses and mythology. Learn about the process of mummification. You will have full time to do some extra activities such as entry to the chambers, visiting the sun boat museum or riding a camel. (All upon your request). Follow your guide steps to show the best spots for taking unique pictures, and then visit the Sphinx and the valley temple where you will learn the story of that massive statue and mummification. Beyond your expectations, the great experience will go on to Sakkara. In this famous archeological site, you will explore the complex of the oldest of all the pyramids. The Step pyramid, which is 4800 years old, is the first stone structure in Ancient Egypt. You will learn how the great architect Imhotep changed the royal tomb structure. Your guide will accompany you inside one of the tombs dedicated to the nobles. You will see the wall paintings and reliefs reflect the life of the Egyptians thousands of years ago. Amazingly, the ink and colors are still on the walls. Next, the entry to the pyramid of Titi is one of the highlights of the tour as Hieroglyphic texts cover the chamber walls and they date back to 2340 B.C. Following this, have an interesting visit to Khan El Khalili Follow your Egyptologist steps while walking through the narrow alleys and lames of the market. Feel the welcoming and warmth of the locals when sitting with your guide and having a drink at the oldest coffee shop in Cairo: EL FISHAWY (1710). Although the market was the best place for shopping and buying authentic Egyptian souvenirs, nowadays hardly you can find those but your guide will give you advice of what to do there. Ask your guide about the bargaining ways in the market for an interesting experience. You will stop then for lunch then you will be back to the hotel in Cairo for 1 night.

    Day 2

    After having your breakfast in hotel, have a great experience visiting the main attractions of Cairo. Start your tour with a visit one of the biggest museum in the world. Your Egyptologist guide will explain you the masterpieces of the Egyptian museum. You will be captivated by the most famous and largest art collection in the world. Some artifacts date back to five millennia and more are on display. The treasures found in king Tut Ankh Amun tomb are the top attractions among the exhibits. Your private live guide will give you the chance to have some private free time to explore more of the museum and you may like to visit the royal mummy room (upon your request for extra cost).

    Following this and upon arrival at the citadel of Saladin, marvel at the alabaster mosque of King Mohamed Ali. Listen to your guide as he shares with you the basic facts of Islam and the function of every part of the mosque. Find out how the whole area was used as a fortress since the middle Ages and the story of the Arabs and Crusaders. The founder of the royal family had the mosque built by a Turkish architect influenced by the style of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. The mosque is seated on a mountain Cliff; and the inner and outer walls are covered with alabaster. It took 18 years to finish the whole complex of the mosque (1830-18480.Before leaving the area, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city with the chance of seeing the Giza pyramids in clear days. After finishing your day tour, you will drop off at SUEZ PORT.

PRICES
Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. Prices valid until 30 December 2019, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays. 
CHILDREN POLICY
Child travelling with two accompanying adults will pay the following:

  •  0 Years to 1.99 years of age: Free of charge.
  •  2 years to 4.99 years of age: 50% from the full rate.
  •  5 years to 11.99 years of age: 75% from the full rate
  •  12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.
  •  If your tour includes airfare then an extra charge for child rate may apply.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Reservation should be made as early possible to book the desired holiday.
Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25 % of the full price. This payment will be 50 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.
The deposit counts as part of your final payment.
Deposit can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) 
Payment should be received within 7 days of booking.

TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcomed but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.
TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you with the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care and additional information for your convenience.
